Katie's first full season of professional golf was in 2002. She began playing in Asia (Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia), then received an invitation into the Australian Open, and played in Australia for a month. Katie played full seasons on the Futures Tour for 2002 and 2003. The fall of 2003 Katie qualified for the Ladies European Tour, where she played her rookie season in 2004. For 2005-2007 she has competed on the Ladies European Tour and other events in the U.S.
